There's a Dinner Party...

Natalie is having some close friends over for dinner on Friday, which is five days away.

They have this get together on a regular basis and rotate whose house it's at. All of her freinds are interested in being better cooks and started this tradition to help encourage one another.

Everytime people are assigned to bring one part of your meal, and this time Natale is in charge of the entree.

Luckily, one of her friends who is a line cook at a local restaurant recommends that Natale go to Sage, a site that is geared towards teaching people how to cook better and has easy to follow instructions on how to do perform certain processes.

Finding the site is easy and she adds "Braise" and "Saute" to the skills she wants to practice.

Under the ingredients she enters "Beef" as the ingredients she wishes to include and cheese as an ingredients she wishes to exclude. One of her friends who is coming is lactose intolerant.
