How we got here...

When we started exploring the idea of desigining a new cooking website we were overcome with angles that we felt the mainstay recipe sites neglected: budget cooking, local cooking, cooking for one or two people, and educational cooking. Any one of these areas would have been a worthy topic to tackle, but guided by our user research, and our feeling as though we could really create something useful and meaningful, we decided to explore the concept of teaching cooking skills.

And so we present the aptly named "Sage" to help out all of the aspiring chefs of the world.
