04 User Needs

From our observations and interviews, we consolidated our findings and arrived at the following user needs:

  1. Desire to connect with nature
  2. Get away from noise, people, and technology
  3. Enjoy space without effort
  4. Amenities – access to power outlets and caffeine

Our next step was to generate some ideas that could be used to validate users needs through speed-dating. This second phase of research is explained further under 20 Ideas.
