Exploring needs, motivations, and behavior
To create a product that would ultimately satisfy users, we needed to identify those users and study their behavior.
Our user research aimed to gain insight into the complexities of cooking for large events. These complexities included planning the event days or weeks ahead of time, sequencing and preparing dishes on the day of the event, and the emotional influences around meal preparation. This research enabled us to design a more informed meal preparation tool, grounded in existing user behavior.
