We started with exploratory research to understand currently provided services, areas of opportunity and user needs to guide us through our research. We conducted a quick analysis on competitors' web sites and had a brainstorming session asking ourselves, "What are your desires about wine?" The ideas from our brainstorming session were created into an affinity diagram and we decided to focus on three areas: learning, socializing and making wine more accessible |
