We collected our research findings and made several attempts at synthesizing it to create a model that would guide our design and that we could look back to when making design decisions. The following diagram shows our final model which captures the users' desires, values and needs related to learning about wine. From our research, we decided on focusing on the needs of people with minimal to intermediate level of experience with wine, making wine an open, social and enjoyable experience and learning about wine through the experience.
