Ever-present telephone button

We never want our users to be disoriented, or have to spend time looking for something they need immediate access to. We decided to keep a telephone button on every screen, so that users will never be frustrated when they need to make a phone call.

Buttons and items span the width of the screen

To make buttons and items large, and to keep the screen layout simple, we decided to make each item or button span the entire width of the screen. This keeps things large, and reduces screen layout to a single column.
