After several brainstorming sessions and discussions, we tentatively defined our problem domain to finding and waiting for baggage and ground transportation. These areas were chosen due to the inadequacy of the present systems in providing adequate information. Also since waiting made people spend some time at the Airport, it seemed to be a good opportunity for a kiosk to enhance the experience of waiting.
