The Pittsburgh Airport
From our initial interviews and brainstorming sessions, the Airport emerged as an interesting location to explore. It was found suitable for this project due to the following reasons:
1) Timelessness - People with different time zones in their minds
2) Baggage hassles - Almost all the people interviewed seemed to have an experience of misplaced bags
3) Accidental meeting place - People bumping into acquaintances by chance
4) Several memorable incidents associated with the Airport
On further discussion we focused on the following areas within the Airport:
1) Baggabe claim - appeared to need a kiosk
2) Finding Ground Transport
