04 Brick and Mortar Observation |

We studied the following as a part of our Brick and Mortar observation for the project:
1) Information Desk - Operative 9 hours a day, often there is no one to provide information. Its primary funtion is to provide flight related information.
2) Baggage Claim Office - his is the place people go to claim bags that arrive later. Claiming baggage is currently a cumbersome process which requires people to specify the kind of bags they had. There is no way to track bags at ral time.
