Location was determined based on the observation that people mostly crowded around the entrance of the baggage claim area.
The kiosk is to be located so as to ensure easy access and high visibility and at the same time not come in the ways of people and not be so easily accessible as to create long queues.
Size
The height and size of the kiosk were ergonomically determined to provide easy access to all.
