The Process

We started the process by thinking about what value a new system will bring to the experience of customers at tea places. We talked about different forms the system could take - a personalized website with accounts, networking website where people can share, a kiosk at the tea place, information providing website, etc. For each idea, we listed advantages and disadvantanges for existence of the system, keeping in mind not to take away the role of the barista as customers valued that interaction and returned because of that in addition to the ambience of the place.
