Competitive Analysis

As part of further research our team did some competitive analysis on existing pages on the Web.

We visited social networking sites where music is a common thread of conversation between communities, other sites featuring concert memorabilia and artifacts and official band websites.

We found that people liked to follow the tour of their favorite bands, were interested in the stories and mythology of the band, looked for and discussed lyrics online, and read and wrote reviews for the music. The most important part was the media: pictures, music clips, and video.
