The Novice

Lori’s team dinner was coming up towards the end of the month. She wanted to become familiar with wine so that she could discuss it with her coworkers and order wine with confidence when they went out.  She grappled with multiple complex books and websites but was overwhelmed with all the information and could not find an easy entry into the domain of wine. But then she stumbled upon "The Everyday Sommelier" and enjoyed its simplicity and the fact that wines were recommended to her based on her experience with wine. This gave her a very pleasant experience with wine tasting and she was eager to learn more about wine.

The Expert

After using "The Everyday Sommelier for some time", Lori has a large database of the wines she likes. She has developed a good understanding of wines and her taste for them. She still uses "The Everyday Sommelier" to keep up with the latest recommendations. Occasionally, she also writes reviews about the wines she has tasted to guide the other novice users on the website. Because she writes in a language for novies and generally comprehensible, her reviews have received good ratings and are thus displayed as one of the top choices, which really makes Lori feel like an expert.
