Chirp!

Susan and her hiking group are out on a hike. As Susan reaches a steep part of the path, a sensor connected to her iPhone detects that her heart rate is starting to climb. The phone chirps, and she sees a suggestion that she stop to look for nearby birds. She stops walking and begins to scan the bushes on the side of the path, which gives her a chance to rest. She sees a bird in the bush and decides to identify it. This gives her an opportunity to slow down and take a break, instead of over-exerting herself.
