We observed the kinds of wines people ordered during happy hours and when they visited restaurants. Generally, people with experience looked at the flavor, grape, winery and regions mentioned in the description of the wine. The novices looked for words such as 'red/white', 'smooth', 'sweet and refreshing'. It was interesting to see how the same wine created completely different experiences for different people.
